HEAT INDEX VALUES OF 97 TO 103 DEGREES ARE LIKELY THIS AFTERNOON
FOR AREAS WEST OF THE CUMBERLAND PLATEAU.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...THURSDAY THROUGH TUESDAY

HEAT INDEX VALUES OF 100 TO 107 DEGREES ARE LIKELY FOR AREAS WEST
OF THE CUMBERLAND PLATEAU THURSDAY AFTERNOON.

STRONG TO SEVERE THUNDERSTORMS WILL BE POSSIBLE FRIDAY AFTERNOON
INTO THE MORNING HOURS OF SATURDAY FOR ALL OF MIDDLE TENNESSEE.
THE MAIN THREATS AT THIS TIME LOOK LIKE DAMAGING WIND GUSTS AND
HEAVY DOWNPOURS WHICH COULD LEAD TO SOME LOCALIZED FLOODING.
