* TIMING AND AREAS AFFECTED...DENSE FOG HAS DEVELOPED ACROSS
  SOUTHERN MIDDLE TENNESSEE AND THE LOWER CUMBERLAND. THESE
  CONDITIONS ARE EXPECTED TO CONTINUE THROUGH 8 AM THURSDAY.

* VISIBILITY...AROUND ONE-QUARTER MILE OR LESS...ESPECIALLY NEAR
  BODIES OF WATER.

* IMPACTS...GREATLY REDUCED VISIBILITIES WILL CONTINUE TO MAKE
  TRAVEL HAZARDOUS.
