  Richland Creek At Belle Meade Near Harding Place AFFECTING Davidson County

. Water levels on Richmond Creek have subsided.  Additional rains are expected
to move into the area today, but should not be enough to cause any additional
high water.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

  The Richland Creek At Belle Meade Near Harding Place
* At 7AM Thursday the stage was 3.8 feet.
* Flood stage is 7.0 feet.
* The river has fallen below action stage.
* At 5.0 feet...Low lying areas in the Belle Meade Country Club, residential
  areas near Percy Warner Boulevard, and along the creek from Harding Place to
  Belle Meade Boulevard begin to be inundated.
