.ELEVATED SURFACE MOISTURE LEVELS WILL COMBINE WITH BELOW
FREEZING TEMPERATURES THIS MORNING. THIS COMBINATION WILL RESULT
IN FREEZING FOG FORMATION ACROSS MUCH OF MIDDLE TN THROUGH THE
EARLY MORNING HOURS. WITH VISIBILITIES EXPECTED TO DROP TO
1/2 MILE OR LESS...A THIN LAYER OF MOISTURE MAY FREEZE ON SOME OF
THE ROADWAYS THROUGHOUT THE MID STATE...ESPECIALLY ON ELEVATED
SURFACES LIKE BRIDGES AND OVERPASSES. MOTORISTS ARE URGED TO
DRIVE WITH CAUTION. ALLOW FOR EXTRA TIME TO REACH YOUR
DESTINATION AND SLOW DOWN.
