THIS HAZARDOUS WEATHER OUTLOOK IS FOR MIDDLE TENNESSEE.

.DAY ONE...TODAY AND TONIGHT.

A WIND ADVISORY IS IN EFFECT FOR ALL OF MIDDLE TENNESSEE TODAY. AN
ARCTIC FRONT WILL MOVE ACROSS THE REGION TODAY BRINGING STRONG
NORTHWEST WINDS OF 15 TO 30 MPH WITH GUSTS UP TO 45 MPH. WINDS
WILL DIMINISH BY TUESDAY AFTERNOON AND EVENING.

LIGHT SNOW WILL AFFECT AREAS GENERALLY ALONG AND EAST OF THE I-24
CORRIDOR TODAY. A DUSTING OF SNOW IS POSSIBLE ALONG AND EAST OF
THE I-24 CORRIDOR...WITH UP TO 1 INCH OF SNOW IS POSSIBLE ON THE
NORTHERN CUMBERLAND PLATEAU WITH UP TO ONE HALF INCH ACROSS THE
REST OF THE UPPER CUMBERLAND REGION.

THROUGH SATURDAY MORNING ACROSS MIDDLE TENNESSEE. LOWS IN THE
SINGLE DIGITS AND TEENS WITH HIGHS IN THE 20S AND 30S ARE
EXPECTED...WITH WIND CHILLS DOWN TO NEAR ZERO AT TIMES.
