...PATCHY DENSE FREEZING FOG EXPECTED EARLY TODAY...

MOTORISTS SHOULD EXPECT TO ENCOUNTER PATCHY DENSE FREEZING FOG EARLY
TODAY, WITH LOCAL VISIBILITIES REDUCED TO JUST A FEW HUNDRED FEET.
FOG WILL LIKELY BE THICKEST IN AREAS NEAR RIVERS AND LAKES...AND SOME
ICY SPOTS COULD DEVELOP ON BRIDGES AND OVERPASSES OVER THE EXTREME
NORTHWEST...AROUND CLARKSVILLE...WHERE EARLY MORNING TEMPERATURES
COULD DIP INTO THE UPPER 20S.

WHEN DRIVING THROUGH FOGGY AREAS...SLOW DOWN...USE LOW BEAM
HEADLIGHTS...AND LEAVE ENOUGH BRAKING DISTANCE BETWEEN YOU AND
THE VEHICLE IN FRONT OF YOU. WATCH FOR PEDESTRIANS AND SCHOOL
CHILDREN WHO MAY BE STANDING NEAR THE EDGE OF THE ROAD.
