AT 615 AM CDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A
SEVERE THUNDERSTORM CAPABLE OF PRODUCING A TORNADO.  THIS DANGEROUS
STORM WAS LOCATED NEAR WALTERHILL...MOVING EAST AT 50 MPH.

LOCATIONS IMPACTED INCLUDE...
  WATERTOWN...LASCASSAS...CEDARS OF LEBANON STATE PARK...MILTON...
  AUBURNTOWN...ALEXANDRIA...LIBERTY AND DOWELLTOWN.
