* TIMING...THURSDAY AFTERNOON INTO THURSDAY EVENING.

* WINDS...SOUTH WINDS 20 TO 30 MPH WITH GUSTS TO 40 MPH.

* IMPACTS...STRONG WINDS WILL CREATE DRIVING DIFFICULTIES FOR HIGH
  PROFILE VEHICLES...ESPECIALLY ON EAST TO WEST ORIENTED HIGHWAYS.
  SOME TREE LIMBS AND SMALL TREES COULD BE BLOWN DOWN. LOOSE
  OUTDOOR ITEMS SUCH AS LAWN FURNITURE AND TRASH CANS MAY BE
