  CUMBERLAND RIVER AT DOVER AFFECTING STEWART COUNTY

.RAINFALL HAS CAUSED THE CUMBERLAND RIVER AT DOVER TO SLIGHTLY RISE.
THE RIVER IS EXPECTED TO CREST JUST UNDER 65 FEET AND BEGIN TO SLOWLY
FALL OVERNIGHT.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

* AT 66.0 FEET...WATER BEGINS TO INUNDATE THE BOAT RAMP AND LAUNCH AREA ON
  BELLWOOD LANDING ROAD...AND APPROACHES EAGLES NEST DRIVE NEAR SHORT CREEK
  ROAD...RIVER ROAD WEST OF HIGHWAY 79...AND WILDCAT CREEK ROAD EAST OF HIGHWAY
  46.
* AT 64.0 FEET...LOW LYING AREAS ALONG THE RIVER...INCLUDING AGRICULTURAL AREAS
  AND ACCESS POINTS ARE INUNDATED.
