  THE CUMBERLAND RIVER AT DOVER
* UNTIL LATE WEDNESDAY NIGHT.
* AT 08PM SUNDAY THE STAGE WAS 64.3 FEET AND SLOWLY RISING.
* FLOOD STAGE IS 67.0 FEET.
* THE RIVER WILL CONTINUE TO RISE TO NEAR 64.8 FEET BY TUESDAY EVENING.
* AT 66.0 FEET...WATER BEGINS TO INUNDATE THE BOAT RAMP AND LAUNCH AREA ON
  BELLWOOD LANDING ROAD...AND APPROACHES EAGLES NEST DRIVE NEAR SHORT CREEK
  ROAD...RIVER ROAD WEST OF HIGHWAY 79...AND WILDCAT CREEK ROAD EAST OF HIGHWAY
  46.
* AT 64.0 FEET...LOW LYING AREAS ALONG THE RIVER...INCLUDING AGRICULTURAL AREAS
  AND ACCESS POINTS ARE INUNDATED.
