AT 207 PM CDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE METEOROLOGISTS WERE TRACKING
A STRONG THUNDERSTORM NEAR MANCHESTER...MOVING SOUTHWEST AT 10 MPH.

SOME LOCATIONS IN THE PATH INCLUDE SUMMITVILLE AND MANCHESTER.

WINDS OF 40 TO 50 MPH ARE EXPECTED WITH THIS STORM...AS WELL AS
TORRENTIAL RAINFALL AND POSSIBLY SMALL PEA SIZE HAIL. WITH THE HEAVY
RAIN...PONDING OF WATER ON ROADWAYS WILL OCCUR SO USE CAUTION
ESPECIALLY IF DRIVING ALONG I-24.
