BE ALONG AND EAST OF A MANCHESTER...TO SMITHVILLE...TO CELINA LINE.
THESE SHOWERS AND POSSIBLE THUNDERSTORMS WILL DEVELOP AND GENERALLY
MOVE TO THE SOUTHEAST AT 15 TO 20 MPH. AREAS EXPERIENCING
RAINFALL WILL HAVE HOURLY RAINFALL RATES AROUND ONE QUARTER OF AN
INCH OR LESS.
