THE JET STREAM WILL STRENGTHEN OVER THE AREA... PROVIDING THE
NEEDED DYNAMICS TO GENERATE PRECIPITATION IN THE OHIO AND
TENNESSEE VALLEYS. SOME AREAS WILL SEE RAIN BEFORE SNOW IN THE
