NEAR THE TENNESSEE...KENTUCKY BORDER AND LOCATIONS JUST WEST AND
ALONG THE CUMBERLAND PLATEAU REGION THROUGH THE MORNING HOURS...

UPPER LEVEL DISTURBANCES...IN NORTHWESTERLY FLOW ALOFT...WILL
CONTINUE TO MOVE ACROSS MIDDLE TENNESSEE THIS MORNING...BRINGING
WITH THEM SCATTERED SNOW SHOWERS ACROSS AN AREA GENERALLY ALONG
AND NORTH OF A SPRINGFIELD...TO HARTSVILLE LINE...AND GENERALLY
ALONG AND EAST OF A HARTSVILLE TO MCMINNVILLE LINE.

THROUGH THE MORNING HOURS...OTHER LOCATIONS ACROSS THE MID STATE
WILL EXPERIENCE ISOLATED TO SCATTERED POCKETS OF FLURRIES.

FOR AREAS EXPERIENCING SCATTERED SNOW SHOWERS...TOTAL ADDITIONAL
SNOWFALL ACCUMULATIONS WILL GENERALLY RANGE FROM A DUSTING TO
AROUND ONE QUARTER OF AN INCH. HOWEVER...IN HIGHER ELEVATIONS...
ESPECIALLY THOSE ACROSS THE NORTHERN CUMBERLAND PLATEAU...TOTAL
SNOWFALL ACCUMULATIONS OF UP TO ONE HALF OF AN INCH WILL CONTINUE
TO BE POSSIBLE.

IT IS STILL RECOMMENDED THAT YOU CONTINUE TO EXERCISE CAUTION ON
AREA ROADWAYS...ESPECIALLY SECONDARY ONES THAT HAVE SHADED
SPOTS...AND MAY CONTINUE TO HAVE SNOW COVER ON THEM OR SPOTS OF
CLEAR OR GLARE ICE THAT IS OFTEN REFERRED TO AS BLACK ICE ON THEM...
THROUGHOUT THE DAY...AS HIGH TEMPERATURES TODAY ARE AGAIN EXPECTED
NOT TO GET OUT OF THE 20S.
