...TEMPERATURE CLIMBS INTO THE 70S FOR THE FIRST TIME SINCE
NOVEMBER 2010...

THE TEMPERATURE IN NASHVILLE REACHED 73 DEGREES FOR AN AFTERNOON
HIGH AT 144 PM CST...SUNDAY. THIS IS THE WARMEST TEMPERATURE IN
NASHVILLE SINCE 75 DEGREES ON NOVEMBER 22ND 2010. RECORD HIGH FOR
THIS DATE IS 78 DEGREES IN 1986.

THE WARMER TEMPERATURES ARE A RESULT OF A WARM FRONT THAT MOVED
THROUGH THE MID STATE DURING THE DAY...USHERING IN WARMER AIR ON
SOUTHERLY WINDS GUSTING AT TIME IN THE 30 MPH RANGE.

TEMPERATURES BACK OFF A LITTLE ON MONDAY WITH HIGHS IN THE 60S
WITH SHOWERS LIKELY.
