SEVERE THUNDERSTORM CAPABLE OF PRODUCING DAMAGING WINDS IN EXCESS OF
60 MPH.  THIS STORM WAS LOCATED 7 MILES WEST OF COLLINWOOD...OR 12
MILES SOUTHWEST OF WAYNESBORO...MOVING NORTHEAST AT 50 MPH.

  WAYNESBORO.

A TORNADO WATCH REMAINS IN EFFECT FOR THE WARNED AREA. TORNADOES CAN
