  BUFFALO RIVER NEAR LOBELVILLE AFFECTING PERRY COUNTY

.THE BUFFALO RIVER NEAR LOBELVILLE IS GRADUALLY DECREASING IN WATER LEVEL
AND WILL CONTINUE TO DO SO THROUGHOUT THE NEXT 12 HOURS. THE RIVER IS
FORECAST TO FALL BELOW ACTION STAGE BY 3 AM.

* FLOOD STAGE IS 14.0 FEET.
* THE RIVER WILL CONTINUE TO FALL TO NEAR 7.1 FEET BY SUNDAY MORNING.
* AT 10.0 FEET...WATER INUNDATES LOW LYING AREAS AND AGRICULTURAL LAND ALONG THE
  RIVER.
