FAST MOVING MCS HAS EVOLVED OVER THE UPPER OH VALLEY.  LATEST RADAR
DATA SUGGESTS SURGING SQUALL LINE IS ADVANCING RAPIDLY EAST AT
ROUGHLY 45KT AND WILL SPREAD ACROSS THE STATE OF IND BY 01Z...THEN
POSSIBLY NEAR THE ERN EDGE OF WW 322 BY 02Z.  WITH AN INCREASINGLY
DEFINED CONVECTIVE VORT CENTER OVER VERMILION COUNTY IL IT APPEARS
THIS COMPLEX WILL CONTINUE TO EXPERIENCE UPWARD GROWTH...AND
POSSIBLY FORWARD PROPAGATION SPEED OVER THE NEXT FEW HOURS.
