EARLY THIS MORNING, WITH THE HEAVIEST ACTIVITY OCCURRING AROUND
CUMBERLAND CITY, PALMYRA, AND CLARKSVILLE THROUGH 400 AM. THE
STRONGEST OF THESE CELLS ARE CAPABLE OF PRODUCING VERY HEAVY
RAINFALL. THE ACTIVITY IS MOVING EASTERLY AROUND 20 MILES AN HOUR.
