AT 935 PM CDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR WAS TRACKING
STRONG THUNDERSTORMS ALONG A LINE EXTENDING FROM 13 MILES SOUTH OF
CLARKSVILLE...TO DICKSON...TO 7 MILES NORTHEAST OF CENTERVILLE...
TO 9 MILES SOUTHEAST OF CENTERVILLE...TO 8 MILES EAST OF
HOHENWALD...MOVING EAST AT 35 MPH. SOME OF THESE STORMS MAY BECOME
BRIEFLY SEVERE AND IF YOU ARE IN THE SIGNIFICANT WEATHER ADVISORY AREA
...YOU SHOULD REMAIN TUNED TO A RELIABLE SOURCE OF WEATHER INFORMATION
IN CASE A WARNING IS ISSUED FOR YOUR AREA.

IN ADDITION TO THE TORRENTIAL DOWNPOURS...SOME OF THE STORMS WILL
CONTAIN GUSTY WINDS OF 30 TO 40 MPH...AND A FEW STORMS MAY PRODUCE
WINDS OF 40 TO 50 MPH.

YOU CAN EXPECT THE TORRENTIAL DOWNPOURS TO PRODUCE PONDING OF WATER IN
LOW LYING...POORLY DRAINED...AREAS...ESPECIALLY IN METROPOLITAN AREAS
LIKE NASHVILLE. THE STORMS SHOULD REACH THE NASHVILLE METRO AREA BY
1030 PM.
