.A LOW PRESSURE SYSTEM DEVELOPING OVER TEXAS WILL PUSH MOISTURE
BACK INTO THE MIDSTATE TODAY. SNOW SHOULD BEGIN OVER THE
SOUTHWEST COUNTIES THIS MORNING. SNOW WILL BEGIN TO FALL OVER THE
NORTHWEST COUNTIES THIS AFTERNOON. SNOWFALL AMOUNTS IN THE
ADVISORY AREA SHOULD BE AROUND ONE INCH.

* TIMING: SNOW SHOULD BEGIN IN THE SOUTHWEST COUNTIES THIS MORNING
  AND AND CONTINUE THROUGH THE AFTERNOON. A MIX OF RAIN AND SNOW
  IS EXPECTED TONIGHT.

* MAIN IMPACT: EXPECT AROUND ONE INCH OF SNOWFALL BY THIS EVENING
  IN THE ADVISORY AREA.

* OTHER IMPACTS: MOST OF THE ACCUMULATION WILL OCCUR ON GRASSY
  AREAS...HOWEVER SOME ROADS MAY BECOME SLICK.
