ROADWAYS. BLACK ICE HAS DEVELOPED ALONG MOST HIGHWAYS IN THE MID STATE
...MAKING TRAVEL DANGEROUS...AND SINCE TEMPERATURES ARE EXPECTED
TO REMAIN IN THE TEENS OVERNIGHT...HAZARDOUS CONDITIONS WILL
PERSIST. TRAVEL IS DISCOURAGED UNLESS ABSOLUTELY NECESSARY.

THROUGH 500 AM...YOU CAN EXPECT SNOW TO CONTINUE FALLING ACROSS THE
AREA...MAKING TRAVEL ACROSS THE AREA VERY HAZARDOUS. AS MUCH AS
8 INCHES OF SNOW HAS FALLEN ON PARTS OF THE PLATEAU...AND
ADDITIONAL ACCUMULATION OF ONE TO TWO INCHES IS LIKELY...BEFORE THE
SNOW TAPERS OFF LATER THIS MORNING. MOST ROADWAYS HAVE A THIN
LAYER ICE BENEATH THE SNOW...ADDING TO THE HAZARDOUS AND SLIPPERY
CONDITIONS.

TRAVEL IS DISCOURAGED UNLESS ABSOLUTELY NECESSARY.

TEMPERATURES WILL REMAIN IN THE LOWER TEENS...WITH WIND CHILLS MAINLY
NEAR MINUS FIVE DEGREES.
