SUNDAY NIGHT...

.A STRONG COLD FRONT WILL CHANGE RAIN TO A BRIEF PERIOD OF SNOW
LATE TONIGHT. ACCUMULATIONS WILL GENERALLY BE LIGHT. HOWEVER...ON
SUNDAY...AS AN UPPER LEVEL LOW PRESSURE SYSTEM CROSSES THE
REGION...MORE SNOWFALL IS EXPECTED. THE SNOW WILL CONTINUE INTO
SUNDAY NIGHT WITH ACCUMULATING SNOWFALL. BY MONDAY MORNING...SNOW
TOTALS ARE EXPECTED TO RANGE FROM AROUND 1 INCH IN THE SOUTHWEST
TO 4 INCHES ACROSS THE NORTHERN CUMBERLAND PLATEAU...INCLUDING
THE TOWNS OF JAMESTOWN AND BYRDSTOWN.

ADDITIONALLY...FRIGID CONDITIONS ARE EXPECTED. TEMPERATURES WILL
BE THE COLDEST OF THE SEASON SO FAR...AND GUSTY NORTHWEST WINDS
WILL DROP WIND CHILL VALUES INTO THE SINGLE DIGITS AND TEENS

* TIMING: RAIN WILL CHANGE TO SNOW AROUND MIDNIGHT WITH GENERALLY
  LIGHT ACCUMULATIONS EXPECTED OVERNIGHT. THERE WILL BE A BREAK IN
  THE PRECIPITATION LATE TONIGHT...BUT MORE SNOWFALL WILL RETURN
  ON SUNDAY ALONG WITH FRIGID AND BLUSTERY CONDITIONS. THE SNOW
  WILL DIMINISH SUNDAY EVENING.

* ACCUMULATIONS: 2 TO 4 INCHES OF SNOW IS EXPECTED BY MONDAY
  MORNING.

* IMPACTS: SLICK ROAD CONDITIONS WILL DEVELOP LATE SATURDAY
  NIGHT AS TEMPERATURES PLUMMET INTO THE 20S. PERIODS OF SNOW
  THROUGH THE DAY ON SUNDAY AND INTO SUNDAY NIGHT WILL CAUSE
  VERY DANGEROUS TRAVEL CONDITIONS AS ROADWAYS BECOME SNOW
  COVERED. SOME ROADWAYS MAY EVEN BECOME IMPASSABLE BY LATE
  SUNDAY NIGHT. THIS MAKES FOR AN ESPECIALLY DANGEROUS SITUATION
