DOWNPOURS...AND FREQUENT LIGHTNING. HOURLY RAINFALL RATES WILL BE
BETWEEN A TENTH OF AN INCH TO HALF AN INCH...WITH AMOUNTS OVER
ONE INCH LOCALLY. MOVEMENT IS TO THE SOUTHEAST AROUND 20 MPH.
