CARTHAGE...MOVING EAST AT 15 MPH.

THIS STORM WILL BE NEAR...
  BAXTER BY 1130 PM CDT.
  COOKEVILLE BY MIDNIGHT CDT.

WINDS GUST BETWEEN 50 TO 55 MPH ARE EXPECTED WITH THIS STORM...ALONG
WITH BRIEF HEAVY RAINFALL...AND FREQUENT CLOUD TO GROUND LIGHTNING
STRIKES.
