THE SEVERE WEATHER THREAT FOR TORNADO WATCH 99 CONTINUES.

OBJECTIVE ANALYSES SHOWED LOW LEVEL MOISTURE HAS CONTINUED TO RETURN
NNEWD INTO ERN AL/NWRN GA.  THIS COMBINED WITH PLUME OF STEEP
MIDLEVEL LAPSE RATES HAVING SPREAD ACROSS AL INTO CENTRAL GA WILL
CONTINUE TO SUPPORT DESTABILIZATION OVERNIGHT WITH MODERATE
INSTABILITY SHIFTING FROM W-E ACROSS WW 99.

ALTHOUGH LOW LEVEL WINDS HAVE BEGUN TO VEER PER VWP DATA OVER AL
INTO WRN GA...WIND SPEEDS HAVE INCREASED AND LOW LEVEL HODOGRAPH
CURVATURE REMAINS SUFFICIENT /O-1 KM SRH 300-500 M2/S2/ FOR STORM
ROTATION AND CONTINUED TORNADO THREAT.
