THE SEVERE WEATHER THREAT FOR TORNADO WATCH 98 CONTINUES.

REGIONAL RADARS SHOWED A LINE OF STORMS EXTENDING FROM ELLIOTT
COUNTY KY TO NRN OVERTON COUNTY TN...AND A SECOND AREA OF STORMS
EXTENDING FROM ERN TN SSWWD INTO NRN-WRN AL.  SURFACE OBSERVATIONS E
OF THIS ACTIVITY /FROM CSV-LOZ/ HAVE INDICATED RISING
TEMPERATURES...LIKELY AIDING IN THE OBSERVED INCREASE IN
INSTABILITY...ALBEIT WEAK.  DESPITE THE WEAKNESS IN THE
INSTABILITY...INCREASING DEEP LAYER WIND FIELDS AS INDICATED BY ERN
TN/ERN KY WSR-88D VWPS ARE SUPPORTING VERY STRONG LOW LEVEL AND DEEP
LAYER SHEAR FOR A CONTINUED POTENTIAL OF ORGANIZED STORMS WITH
EMBEDDED SUPERCELLS PRODUCING A TORNADO THREAT.
