LYING AREAS EXCEPT FOR EASTERN PORTIONS OF THE PLATEAU THROUGH
SUNDAY EVENING...

.A LOW PRESSURE AREA OVER THE GULF COAST WILL MOVE NORTHWARD OVER
THE WEEKEND AND PASS THROUGH WEST TENNESSEE. THIS WILL LIKELY
CONCENTRATE RAINFALL OVER A LARGE PORTION OF THE MID STATE THROUGH SUNDAY
EVENING. GIVEN THE SATURATED GROUND...ADDITIONAL FLOODING IS
POSSIBLE.

* FLOOD WATCH TO INCLUDE A PORTION OF MIDDLE TENNESSEE...
 INCLUDING THE FOLLOWING AREAS...BEDFORD...CANNON...CLAY...
 COFFEE...DEKALB...JACKSON...MACON...PUTNAM...RUTHERFORD...
 SMITH...SUMNER...TROUSDALE AND WILSON.

* THROUGH SUNDAY EVENING

* SHOWERS AND ISOLATED THUNDERSTORMS ARE EXPECTED ACROSS THE
  MID STATE THROUGH SUNDAY WITH THE HEAVIEST RAINFALL EXPECTED OVER
  THE WESTERN TWO THIRDS OF THE MID STATE. ADDITIONAL RAINFALL AMOUNTS
  OF ONE TO THREE INCHES ARE POSSIBLE. GIVEN THE SATURATED GROUNDS
  ADDITIONAL FLOODING IS POSSIBLE.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A FLOOD WATCH MEANS THERE IS A POTENTIAL FOR FLOODING BASED ON
CURRENT FORECASTS.
