AMOUNTS UP TO THREE QUARTERS OF AN INCH...WHICH COULD PRODUCE
BRIEF...MINOR FLOODING OF LOW LYING AREAS...AS WELL AS PONDING OF
WATER ON ROADWAYS. GENERAL MOVEMENT IS TO THE NORTHEAST AROUND 10
TO 15 MPH.
