DEVELOPMENT WILL BE MAINLY ALONG AND EAST OF A CELINA...TO
SMITHVILLE...TO MANCHESTER LINE.

AREAS WITH THE BEST CHANCE OF EXPERIENCING DENSE FOG DEVELOPMENT
WILL BE NEAR BODIES OF WATER AND IN IMMEDIATE AREAS SURROUNDING
AND INCLUDING THE CITY OF CROSSVILLE.

LOOK FOR FOG TO DISSIPATE AFTER 9 AM.

EXERCISE CAUTION WHILE DRIVING ON AREA ROADWAYS THIS MORNING.
