A FREEZE WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT FROM 3 AM TO 9 AM CDT TUESDAY.

CLEAR SKIES WITH NEARLY CALM WINDS WILL BRING FREEZING
TEMPERATURES TO THE CUMBERLAND PLATEAU. A COOL HIGH PRESSURE
SYSTEM WILL SIT OVER EASTERN MIDDLE TENNESSEE TONIGHT WITH
TEMPERATURES FALLING INTO THE 30 TO 35 RANGE LATE TONIGHT. MANY
LOCATIONS IN THE PLATEAU WILL EXPERIENCE FREEZING TEMPERATURES.
PATCHY FROST WILL ALSO BE PREVALENT ACROSS THE EASTERN HALF OF
MIDDLE TENNESSEE.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A FREEZE WARNING MEANS SUB-FREEZING TEMPERATURES ARE IMMINENT OR
HIGHLY LIKELY. THESE CONDITIONS WILL KILL CROPS AND OTHER
SENSITIVE VEGETATION.
