THE SEVERE WEATHER THREAT FOR TORNADO WATCH 422 CONTINUES.

TORNADO THREAT PERSISTS ACROSS WW 422.  IN ADDITION THE SEVERE
WEATHER THREAT...TRAINING TSTMS FROM SERN MO/NERN AR INTO WRN TN
WILL PRODUCE HEAVY RAINFALL RATES /1-2 IN/HR/ FOR SEVERAL HOURS
GIVEN PRECIPITABLE WATER VALUES UP TO 1.7 INCHES.

REGIONAL RADARS INDICATED A CLUSTER OF TSTMS EXTENDING FROM THE SERN
MO/NERN AR BORDER REGION AND ESEWD INTO WRN TN.  THIS ACTIVITY IS
LOCATED ALONG AND N OF THE SURFACE FRONT...WITH STORMS THAT DEVELOP
IN THE VICINITY OF THE BOUNDARY SHOULD CONTINUE TO POSE A TORNADO
THREAT...GIVEN SFC-3 KM SRH VALUES UP TO 150 M2/S2.
