WILL BE SOUTH OF A LOBELVILLE...TO FRANKLIN...TO SHELBYVILLE LINE.

HOURLY RAINFALL RATES WILL RANGE FROM ONE TENTH TO AROUND ONE HALF
OF AN INCH WITH THE STRONGER THUNDERSTORMS.
