A STRONG LOW PRESSURE CENTER MOVING THROUGH MIDDLE TENNESSEE AT MID-DAY
WILL INCREASE SURFACE WINDS TO AROUND 25 MPH THIS AFTERNOON WITH GUSTS
TO 40 MPH EXPECTED IN SOME AREAS. THE WINDS WILL DIMINISH AFTER
SUNDOWN.
