MIDDLE TENNESSEE THIS MORNING. AVERAGE RAINFALL AMOUNTS WILL BE
BETWEEN ONE QUARTER AND THREE QUARTERS OF AN INCH. TORRENTIAL
DOWNPOURS WILL BE POSSIBLE UNDER THE STRONGER STORMS...WHICH COULD
CREATE LOCAL FLASH FLOODING PROBLEMS. GENERAL MOVEMENT IS TO THE
EAST AROUND 15 MPH.

QUARTERS OF AN INCH...WITH LOCALLY HEAVIER AMOUNTS POSSIBLE UNDER
THE STRONGER STORMS. GENERAL MOVEMENT IS TO THE EAST AROUND 20 MPH.
