ALONG AND EAST OF A CELINA...TO SMITHVILLE...TO MANCHESTER LINE.
THIS LINE WILL MOVE EAST OF THE MID STATE BY 11 PM.

HOURLY RAINFALL AMOUNTS WILL RANGE FROM ONE TENTH TO AROUND ONE
HALF OF AN INCH...WITH ISOLATED LOCATIONS RECEIVING UP TO THREE QUARTERS
