FROM EAST OF CLARKSVILLE TO WEST OF THE WAYNESBORO AREA. INDIVIDUAL
CELLS WILL MOVE TO THE NORTHEAST AT AROUND 30 MPH WHILE THE OVERALL
MOVEMENT OF THE BAND WILL BE SLOWLY EASTWARD. LOOK FOR RAINFALL
AMOUNTS OF UP TO ONE HALF INCH THROUGH 11 PM.
