QUARTER OF THE MID STATE THROUGH 7 AM. THIS ACTIVITY WILL BE
DECREASING IN COVERAGE AND INTENSITY HOWEVER. OTHERWISE...RAINFALL
AMOUNTS OF UP TO ONE HALF INCH WILL BE POSSIBLE WITH THE HEAVIEST
ACTIVITY. AREAS ACROSS THE NORTHWESTERN CORNER OF THE MID STATE
WILL STAND THE BEST CHANCE OF RECEIVING THE HEAVIEST RAINFALL.
