  NORTHERN COFFEE COUNTY IN TENNESSEE...
  THIS INCLUDES THE CITY OF MANCHESTER...

* UNTIL 730 PM CDT

* AT 654 PM CDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A
  SEVERE THUNDERSTORM CAPABLE OF PRODUCING NICKEL SIZE HAIL...AND
DAMAGING WINDS IN EXCESS OF 60 MPH. THIS STORM WAS LOCATED 12
MILES NORTHWEST OF MANCHESTER...AND MOVING EAST AT 40 MPH.
