THROUGH EARLY THIS MORNING A LINE OF RAIN SHOWERS AND ISOLATED
THUNDERSTORMS WILL MOVE INTO AND THROUGH THE WESTERN COUNTIES OF
THE MID STATE. THROUGH 9 AM...MOST OF THE PRECIPITATION WILL OCCUR
WEST OF A LINE FROM LAFAYETTE THROUGH SMYRNA TO WAYNESBORO.
RAINFALL RATES UP TO ONE HALF INCH PER HOUR WILL OCCUR WITH THESE
STORMS. DURING THE MORNING COMPUTE DRIVERS SHOULD ALLOW MORE TIME
TO REACH THEIR DESTINATION SAFELY. PONDING OF WATER ON ROADWAYS
WILL MAKE FOR HAZARDOUS DRIVING CONDITION.
