RIVER...MAY MOVE INTO THE AREA BY 9 PM. SATELLITE PICTURES SHOWED
SOME WARMING OF THE CLOUD TOPS...WHICH MEANS THE PRECIPITATION WAS
WEAKENING SOMEWHAT. SO IT APPEARS THAT IF ANY PRECIPITATION MOVES
INTO THE AREA...IT WILL PROBABLY BE IN THE FORM OF SCATTERED
SHOWERS. SOME AREAS THAT MAY BE AFFECTED INCLUDE DOVER...ERIN AND
CUMBERLAND CITY. MOVEMENT OF THE PRECIPITATION WAS EAST AT 20 MPH.

AND JAMESTOWN AREAS ON THE NORTHERN CUMBERLAND PLATEAU. MOVEMENT WAS
EAST AT 25 MPH.
