INDICATE A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM CAPABLE OF PRODUCING QUARTER SIZE
HAIL...AND DESTRUCTIVE WINDS IN EXCESS OF 70 MPH.  THIS STORM WAS
LOCATED 8 MILES SOUTHEAST OF FRANKLIN...MOVING SOUTHEAST AT 29 MPH.

THE SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WILL BE NEAR...
