THE NWS STORM PREDICTION CENTER HAS ISSUED A
TORNADO WATCH FOR PORTIONS OF

       NORTHERN AND CENTRAL ALABAMA
       EASTERN LOUISIANA
       MUCH OF MISSISSIPPI
       SOUTHERN MIDDLE TENNESSEE

EFFECTIVE THIS TUESDAY NIGHT AND WEDNESDAY MORNING FROM 1000 PM
UNTIL 500 AM CST.

TORNADOES...HAIL TO 1.5 INCHES IN DIAMETER...THUNDERSTORM WIND
GUSTS TO 70 MPH...AND DANGEROUS LIGHTNING ARE POSSIBLE IN THESE
AREAS.

THE TORNADO WATCH AREA IS APPROXIMATELY ALONG AND 80 STATUTE
MILES EAST AND WEST OF A LINE FROM 20 MILES NORTH OF MUSCLE
SHOALS ALABAMA TO 55 MILES EAST SOUTHEAST OF NATCHEZ MISSISSIPPI.

THREATENING WEATHER CONDITIONS AND LISTEN FOR LATER STATEMENTS

TRACK EASTWARD ACROSS PARTS OF MS AND AL THROUGH THE LATE EVENING
AND OVERNIGHT HOURS.  DAMAGING WINDS WILL BE POSSIBLE ALONG THIS
LINE...WHILE ISOLATED CELLS AHEAD OF THE LINE CONTINUE TO POSE A
RISK OF HAIL AND ISOLATED TORNADOES.
