...ICE STORM WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 9 AM CST TUESDAY...

A COLD FRONT IS USHERING IN MUCH COLDER AIR ACROSS THE MID STATE
TODAY. TEMPERATURES ARE ALREADY BELOW FREEZING IN MOST
AREAS...AND RAIN LATER THIS EVENING MAY START TO FREEZE ON
ELEVATED SURFACES. ICE MAY ACCUMULATE ONE QUARTER TO ONE HALF INCH
ON EXPOSED SURFACES BY LATE TONIGHT. ICY CONDITIONS WILL DEVELOP
ON MOST EXPOSED SURFACES...ESPECIALLY ON BRIDGES.

THIS WARNING IS FOR NORTHWEST MIDDLE TENNESSEE...INCLUDING DOVER...
CLARKSVILLE...CAMDEN AND DICKSON.

CONDITIONS ARE EXPECTED TO IMPROVE BY LATE TUESDAY MORNING AS
TEMPERATURES WARM AT AT OR ABOVE FREEZING.

AN ICE STORM WARNING MEANS SEVERE WINTER WEATHER CONDITIONS ARE
EXPECTED OR OCCURRING. SIGNIFICANT AMOUNTS OF ICE ACCUMULATIONS
WILL MAKE TRAVEL DANGEROUS OR IMPOSSIBLE. TRAVEL IS STRONGLY
DISCOURAGED. COMMERCE WILL LIKELY BE SEVERELY IMPACTED. IF YOU
MUST TRAVEL...KEEP AN EXTRA FLASHLIGHT...FOOD...AND WATER IN YOUR
VEHICLE IN CASE OF AN EMERGENCY. ICE ACCUMULATIONS AND WINDS WILL

EVENING. FREEZING RAIN...MAINLY AFTER MIDNIGHT...WILL PRODUCE ICE
ACCUMULATION OF ONE TENTH INCH IN SOME AREAS.
