...TORNADO DAMAGE IN WARREN COUNTY...

NWS SURVEY CREWS HAVE DETERMINED THAT A TORNADO RATED AS A HIGH
END EF1...WINDS OF 100-110 MPH...TOUCHED DOWN IN WARREN COUNTY.
THE PATH WAS UP TO 250 YARDS WIDE AND 15 MILES LONG...RUNNING FROM
NEAR 11 MILES WEST OF MCMINNVILLE TO NEAR 5 MILES NORTHEAST OF
MCMINNVILLE. DOZEN OF HOMES WERE DAMAGED WITH SEVERAL SUSTAINING
MAJOR DAMAGE.

THE NWS WOULD LIKE TO THANK THE WARREN COUNTY EMA AS WELL AS THE
WARREN COUNTY SHERIFFS DEPARTMENT FOR THEIR CONTRIBUTIONS TO THIS
SURVEY.
