AREAS AFFECTED...SRN IL / SWRN IND / WRN KY / WRN TN / NRN MS

CONCERNING...TORNADO WATCH 193...

VALID 110254Z - 110400Z

THE SEVERE WEATHER THREAT FOR TORNADO WATCH 193 CONTINUES.

THE THREAT FOR ISOLATED SEVERE WEATHER MAY CONTINUE BEYOND 04Z.
CURRENTLY...IT IS EXPECTED THAT AN ADDITIONAL WW WILL LIKELY NOT BE
NEEDED.

BROKEN BAND OF TSTMS WHICH BRIEFLY INTENSIFIED AROUND 00Z HAS SINCE
WEAKENED WITH THE LINE EXTENDING FROM EVV TO HOP TO E OF MKL AS OF
0230Z. IT APPEARS THAT THE CAPPING OBSERVED ON THE 00Z BNA AND JAN
SOUNDINGS IS INHIBITING THE DEVELOPMENT OF STRONGER AND MORE
PERSISTENT UPDRAFTS. THIS IS ESPECIALLY THE CASE NOW THAT THE
BOUNDARY LAYER IS BEGINNING TO COOL. VERTICAL SHEAR REMAINS QUITE
STRONG...BOTH IN THE LOW LEVELS AND THROUGH A DEEP LAYER..AND SOME
THREAT FOR A BRIEF TORNADO AND/OR LOCALLY DAMAGING WINDS WILL EXIST
WITH ANY MORE INTENSE CONVECTIVE ELEMENTS MOVING E OF WW 193.

AN ADDITIONAL BAND OF TSTMS CONTINUES TO EVOLVE FROM NEAR PAH SWWD
TO LLQ...LIKELY WITHIN AN AXIS OF DEEPER CONFLUENCE WHICH HAS NOW
BECOME ALIGNED MORE IN A NE-SW FASHION. CURRENTLY...THE MORE
INTENSE...EMBEDDED STORMS RESIDE WITHIN WW 194...BUT WITH TIME SOME
OF THESE STORMS MAY MOVE/DEVELOP INTO WW 193. STILL...IT APPEARS
THAT ANY SEVERE WEATHER THREAT WILL REMAIN ISOLATED AND AN
ADDITIONAL WW IS NOT ANTICIPATED.
