BASED ON DOPPLER WEATHER RADAR...RAINFALL AMOUNTS TODAY ACROSS
MIDDLE TENNESSEE HAVE BEEN GENERALLY LIGHT. HOWEVER...EARLIER
TODAY...A FEW LOCATIONS...MANAGED TO GET...UPWARDS OF ONE HALF TO
THREE QUARTERS OF AN INCH OF RAIN...MAINLY IN A NARROW
BAND...EXTENDING FROM SOUTHEAST LAWRENCE COUNTY...ACROSS NORTHWEST
GILES...LEWIS...FAR EASTERN HICKMAN INTO SOUTHWEST WILLIAMSON
COUNTY.

DOPPLER WEATHER RADAR AT 430 PM...CONTINUES TO SHOW GENERALLY
LIGHT SHOWERS SCATTERED ABOUT MIDDLE TENNESSEE...WITH A NARROW
BAND OF HEAVIER SHOWERS AND ISOLATED THUNDERSTORMS EXTENDING FROM
NOLENSVILLE IN WILLIAMSON COUNTY SOUTHWARD THROUGH THE LEWISBURG
AREA INTO EASTERN GILES COUNTY. THIS ACTIVITY WILL CONTINUE TO WORK
SLOWLY EASTWARD...WITH A GRADUAL DECREASE IN COVERAGE AS WE GO INTO
THE EVENING.
