THIS HAZARDOUS WEATHER OUTLOOK IS FOR MIDDLE TENNESSEE.

.DAY ONE...TODAY AND TONIGHT

NO HAZARDOUS WEATHER IS EXPECTED AT THIS TIME.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...WEDNESDAY THROUGH MONDAY

A STRONG COLD FRONT WILL BRING ACTIVE WEATHER TO THE MID STATE
WEDNESDAY AFTERNOON AND EVENING. OWING TO THE WARM ATMOSPHERE IN
PLACE AHEAD OF THE FRONT, THUNDERSTORMS WILL LIKELY DEVELOP IN THE
UNSTABLE ENVIRONMENT. SOME OF THESE STORMS MAY BECOME SEVERE
WEDNESDAY AFTERNOON IN PLACES NORTHWEST OF NASHVILLE. THE
POSSIBILITY OF ISOLATED SEVERE STORM DEVELOPMENT WILL THEN SPREAD
TO THE REST OF THE MID STATE BY EVENING. THE PRIMARY THREATS
WILL BE LARGE HAIL AND DAMAGING STRAIGHT LINE WINDS.

SPOTTER AND EMERGENCY MANAGER ACTIVATION MAY BE NEEDED WEDNESDAY
AND WEDNESDAY EVENING.
