  THIS INCLUDES THE CITY OF CELINA...

* UNTIL 1130 PM CDT

* AT 823 PM CDT...RADAR INDICATED THAT AN INCREASE IN COVERAGE AND
  INTENSITY OF SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS WAS ONGOING ACROSS CLAY
  COUNTY. RAINFALL TOTALS OF OVER 3 INCHES TODAY HAS OCCURRED ACROSS
  PORTIONS OF NORTH CENTRAL CLAY COUNTY. THUS...WITH ADDITIONAL
  RAINFALL OCCURRING...MINOR FLOODING OF LOW LYING AND OTHER FLOOD
  PRONE AREAS ARE POSSIBLE.

DO NOT DRIVE YOUR VEHICLE INTO AREAS WHERE THE WATER COVERS THE
ROADWAY. THE WATER DEPTH MAY BE TOO GREAT TO ALLOW YOUR CAR TO CROSS
SAFELY. MOVE TO HIGHER GROUND.

A FLOOD ADVISORY MEANS RIVER OR STREAM FLOWS ARE ELEVATED OR PONDING
OF WATER IN URBAN OR OTHER AREAS IS OCCURRING OR IS IMMINENT.
