* AT 403 PM CDT SPOTTERS REPORTED FLOODING ALONG PROCTOR CREEK
  NORTHWEST OF CELINA ALONG HIGHWAY 52. LAW ENFORCEMENT OFFICIALS
  HAVE CLOSED ROADS IN THAT AREA DUE TO WATER INUNDATION.

DO NOT DRIVE YOUR VEHICLE INTO AREAS WHERE THE WATER COVERS THE
ROADWAY. THE WATER DEPTH MAY BE TOO GREAT TO ALLOW YOUR CAR TO CROSS
SAFELY. WHEN ENCOUNTERING FLOODED ROADS MAKE THE SMART CHOICE...TURN
AROUND...DONT DROWN.

A FLOOD ADVISORY MEANS RIVER OR STREAM FLOWS ARE ELEVATED OR PONDING
OF WATER IN URBAN OR OTHER AREAS IS OCCURRING OR IS IMMINENT.
